Next, discuss whether students could live without this piece of technology. Allow everyone to express their opinions and see how many people share their thoughts about the devices they can’t imagine living without.
Vocabulary: Talking About Technology
First, introduce the vocabulary by providing six words and six statements about the technology. Have students read the statements and fill in the gaps with the missing words. This time, the words are artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, gadget, hardware, innovation, and software. As you can see, this time the vocabulary isn’t too complicated. This should allow students to focus on the context and the way these words work in sentences.
Speaking Practice: Agree or Disagree
